We’re excited to welcome Christian musician Travis Clark, who will be performing at Spring Fest on Thursday night, and joining us again as our special guest on Sunday morning. What’s special about Friend Day?
We will have music with Travis Clark along with our worship team. A special message from our pastor, Dennis Fountain. After our 10:30 worship service, there will be a BBQ at our church property on 1101 Evelyn Dr. with games and bounce houses for the kids.
Why does MLBC have Friend Day?
We hold Friend Day every year to let our city and area know about the incredible love God has for every person, and how He showed that through what Jesus did for us. You can learn more about what that means on our Good News page.
Who is Friend Day for?
Friend Day is for everyone! Our Clubhouse Kids classes are tailored for preschool age through the 6th grade, and there is childcare for infants through toddlers. In addition, whether you’ve attended church throughout your life, or never interacted with faith or the Bible at all, you are welcomed and wanted at MLBC!
What is MLBC like?
Our motto as a church is “Real People. Real Life. Real Change.” At our church, we want to be authentic in every area, even if that means we don’t always come across as “perfect.” People wear the clothing they would in real life, ranging from t-shirts and jeans to suit jackets and ties, and everything in between. The music we sing is reflective of the different generations in our church, including hymns people grew up singing, and new worship songs being written today. The preaching and teaching is down-to-earth, practical, and dedicated to showing us how knowing Jesus personally and following Him can make the biggest difference in the world. We don’t want to be fake people, pretending like there are no problems in life or in us, and we encourage others to come with that same heart, being real with God and others, and seeing what an impact He can make.
Where is Moses Lake Baptist?
Our church is located at 4334 Joann Dr. NE, in the Upper Basin near Home Depot and the Grant County Fairgrounds.
